Lucente International Lawyers is a law firm with main office in Rome (Italy) founded by Alfredo Lucente who brings his experience of more than thirty years in some of most renowned law firms, with the widest local and international breadth. The purpose of the new firm is to focus on international trade relations. We advise both Italian and foreign companies in their ventures in Italy and abroad. Over the years, we have built strong multidisciplinary ties with professionals worldwide and we are well equipped to be the leader and coordinators of project teams across different practices and countries.

Our international breath and experience is focused on mainly on MEA – Middle East area as it the most strategic area where Italy also plays a bridging role for geographical and historical reasons. In the region, our experience goes beyond traditional legal advice and representation for clients, as we have experience in initiatives funded by multilateral financial institutions (EBRD and others) and have been part of project teams for regulatory analysis and studies. Also, we have been engaged (i.e., Alfredo Lucente as project team leader) to develope PPP Standard Terms for Roads, for UNECE, which will be offered to governments worldwide (see https://www2.unece.org/wiki/display/pppp/PPP+Standards+development+process).
