The case relate to the termination of the Messina Bridge Project is now called before the Supreme Court to resolve on jurisdiction.
The Messina Bridge Project is about the longest suspension bridge in the world. The Project almost reached starting of construction in 2012 when the Monti headed government abruptly terminate it by law through an unprecedented regulatory instrument which has been challenged for its evident unconstitutional nature.
